For straightforward projects like bathroom renovations or granny flats, we can typically provide a quote within 1-2 weeks. Custom home builds require more detailed design work and may take 4-6 weeks for a comprehensive fixed-price quotation.
It helps to have an idea of your budget range, preferred timeline, and any specific requirements or inspiration you've gathered. For existing properties, photos or plans are useful. Don't worry if you don't have everything figured out—that's what the consultation is for.
With the homeowner's permission, we can arrange site visits to projects in progress. This gives you a real sense of our workmanship and how we manage construction sites. Site visits are conducted with appropriate safety measures.
